Tho King is taking great interest in the plans for tho building oi' a memorial chapel to Lord Kitchener in St.. Paul's Cathedral, and these are to he submitted to His Majesty for his inspection and approval. The chapel will be ornamented in a fashion worthy of the great soldier. Tho central iigure will bo a marble recumbent figure of Lord Kitchener, with St. Michael on one side and St. Uewgo on tho other. This is appropriate, seeing that St. Paul's is the home of the Order of St. Michael and St. George, of which order Lord Kitchener was ;i member for many years. The chapel will be ready for dedication in about twelve months,
