Tim T?nmaiiian newspapers Are indignant at the Allies for refusing to admit tho validity of their reservations, and approve tlie notion of the delegates in refusing to sign a treaty which deprives Rumania of the sovereign, rights of her peoples and places her under an outrageous tutelage.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. PEETINENT QUESTIONS TO ANSWER. (Rec. September ii, 3.5 p.m.) London, September 12. Sir George Clerk, tho Allies' Special Envoy, has arrived at Bucharest. Hu submits the following questions to the Rumanian Government':— "Is Rumania ready to recall her army from Hungary? "Does Rumania agreo to cease the requisitions ? "Does Rumania agree to surrender everything she has requisitioned to the Reparations Conimittee? "Is Rumania disposed to co-operate with the Allies in the maintenance of order in Hungary?"—Aus-N.Z.
