Cable Assn. PEETINENT QUESTIONS TO ANSWER. (Rec. September ii, 3.5 p.m.) London, September 12. Sir George Clerk, tho Allies' Special Envoy, has arrived at Bucharest. Hu submits the following questions to the Rumanian Government':— "Is Rumania ready to recall her army from Hungary? "Does Rumania agreo to cease the requisitions ? "Does Rumania agree to surrender everything she has requisitioned to the Reparations Conimittee? "Is Rumania disposed to co-operate with the Allies in the maintenance of order in Hungary?"—Aus-N.Z.
