Senators Johnson, Borah, and others aro speaking in various cities against the Peace Treaty. Senator Norris declared that President Wilson "cavorted around" with the representatives of monarchies, iuul wasted more money in travelling than was ever expanded by any princo or potentate.—lleuter.
