Tho Misses Van Stuveren presented n delightful programme of papular music to their guests at the Sailors' Friend Society oil Thursday. The following contributed items: Misses Johnston, It. Van Stavercn, Sliotland, Van Stavcren, Macintosh, Ho' Van Rlavorcn, and Lewis, and Messrs. Partridge, Charles Moore, Clifford, "Westmoiitli." Jlifis Macintosh was at; the piano. Mr. Moore, missioner, thanked the performers and those who nddoi- zest to the competitions by gifts of books for priziw, Winners in tho competitions were tho ZeaUuidic and Ma tana.
