THE New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association has prepared a Scheme of Land Settlement by which LARGE BLOCKS OF UNIMPROVED LAND WILL BE SETTLED BY RETURNED SOLDIERS IN GROUPS. Tho So'hemo is being favourably considered by the Government, and the- Association h anxious to receive IMMEDIATE APPLICATIONS from those who desire/to take up land under such a scheme. Neither capital nor experience, aro necessary, but tho settler should.not be above (say) 35 years of ago, and must bo sufficiently fit physically.
