The twentieth annual report of the Brougham Hill Tennis Club states that the membership for the past season was sixtv. The club holds the men's competition senior, and the ladies' competition, third c.lass. Miss 1> Barratt and Mr. 1?. V Bundle won the clubs patriotic competition. Mr. E. M'Oarro]i won tho Yankee comuetition at the Wellington Association's tournament. Mi?s Ilodge won tlib ladies' championship sing K doubles and handicap combined at the fluster meeting of the AVaiigiiiuu tennis Association. The committee regret to record ll'» deaths ot Sir. 1. M. Abeinethv. who cave his life for the Empire; also of 31r. J. Hunter, vice-president oi Hip club. Thanks are tendered to the Hon. .1. <1. W. Ait ken' and Sir Kenneth Douulns for donations, also all members for assistance given during the year.
