Hamilton, September 4. tn the Supreme Court Lyle Trethowen asked for a divofce from Loleta Trethowen. and claimed .£IOOO damages from tho co-respondent, Theodore Jephcoate. Evidence was given that co-respondent cave resDondent liquor on several occasions. and also of misconduct. - A divorce was sranted. and damages amounting to JE2SO were awarded.
