The By-laws Committee of the Citj Council reported last evening:—Thai they have under consideration -ai ■ w port from the Chief Inspector : and Mo-tor-Inspector, dealing with the question' , of traffic control in the city, and will' bring down recommendations in connection therewith at the next meeting of the council. They have, however, to re commend: (1) That provision be l made' for 1 separate stands for motor lorries and for , horse-drawn vehicles.' (2).
