\Worday was fine, and Isonieivhat milder than tli'o previous day, but the air was still raw from, the recent southerly snap and (ho snow on tho highlands. PreseriS indications are for southerly winds,, strong ,aml sqnnlly at times, but decreasing shortly. Cold and changeable weather may be expected generally, with scattered showers.
