MISSING YOUTH FOUND

A lad of seventeen, Keith Hiskens, who so.t out on a fishing expedition from Cheltenham vcstcrday morning, was reported to be missing la&t evening. This morninc the police procured launches, and made a. search, with tho result that they found tho missing lad snfa and sound on Brown's Island. Young Hiskens had been causht in an open boat in unfavourable weather, and had put into Brown's Island for shelter, rather than risk the run back to Devonport.
