Advices from Berlin state that the Independent Socialists effected a coup at Ludwigshafen, captured the Post Office bv ail attack with grenades, and proclaimed a provisional Pnla-inate republic. A German agency insinuates that French soldiers participated in the coup. Details are lacking. • Tho "Temps" states that it is known that tho majority of the population of the Palatinate were unfriendly to the Bavarian Government, which they regarded as a mere dependency of Berlin.— Eeuter. , .
