- ——«- FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M, YESTERDAY. Present indications are for northerly winds, strong to gale, blushing to southerlies soon northward cf Kawliia and East Cape, and easterlies to south- ,. easterlies elsewhere. Further rain is probable generally, heavy in many parts with rivers rising and snow on the higher lerels of the South Island. Barometer falling, but rise after about 20 hours.. A cyclone, centred to the westward, has been responsible for strong northerly and easterly winds over tho Dominion. Gnlee were reported this morning northward of Auckland.
