FATAL ACCIDENT
DEATH OF CONDUCTOK GUEDEN., At 6 o'clock yesterday moping, Albert (ieoige Cinrden died at tho l'u'blic Hospital from injuries suffered by being nm over by A trnmcar in Jliuimts Street on the morning of August 2G. The deceased was n tram conductor by occupation, and a single man acted about 21 years, and' he had resided at the Kensington Hotel, Newtown. ' . He mis travelling on a trnmcar along Manners Street on Tuesday morning, and left tho car whilst in motion. Ins feet slipped from under him, <ind he was Ciiugut by the tram. His riffht leg wns fractured, toea bntEy lacerated, and Ins lioad inj lived. An inquest will lie held at the courthouse at 9.30 this morning.
