FIVE DAYS FOR ITS CONSIDERATION. Paris, August 25. The Supreme Council is considering tho delivery of the Austrian Treaty, to Austria on Tuesday. Five days will be allowed for its consideration. Rumania has refused the settlement offered bv the Peace Conference, respectinn the Banat. The "Echo de Paris" states that owing to Rumania's reported refusal to accept the Peace Conference's settlement of the Temesvar dispute, Serbia threatens to mobilise.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [The Banat, which .is the area lying north of tho old Serbian frontier, is designed in' the Allied terms to become part of the new Serb-Croat-Slovene State. Teineavar is the chief town in the Banat.]
