The .seamen lost no time iu carrying out their resolution to man the ships" immediately on the basis of the Government's latest oiler of a round-table conference. The men proceeded bodily to the wharves, and the shipping companies prepared the ships' crews without delay. . The Mceraki is expected to sail tomorrow, the Niagara on Thursday, and tho Maknra a week later.—Press Assn.
