KELEASED FROM SERVICE.
The Government has decided to r<v lease the Jugo-Slavs from the obligation to render'further national service. These men have been compelled to work oil roads and railways under the P.ublio Works Department, being paid, current rates of wages. They lutvo, not been treated as prisoners, and their personal liberties have not been interfered' with except; (hat they have been compelled to remain in particular localities and to accept the Government employment arranged for them.! :
