FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT, 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. I'resent indications are for stronu and squally westerly winds backing to southerlics shortly. Cloudy and minettled weather iB probable and rain in many parts of the country. Barometer falling, but rise everywhere soon. Atmospheric pressure has decreased, and Jnoderato to stronir westerly winds havo predominated.
