Sharrock, farmer, Tnriki, on tho ground of adultery, Ernest Brocklebank, William Brocklebank (Stratford), John 11. M'Namnra (Dnnnevirke), and Harold J. Smith (Urcnui) were granted discharge from bankruptcy. > Thomas K. Skinner obtained judgment for .£oo against tho l'hoonix Oil Company for a lialf-year's royalty under the terms of lease of a section for oilboring purposes. Decision was reserved in the case of Home v. Stubbs, a claim for execution of a transfer, or £100 damages.
