NEW PLYMOUTH SUPREME COURT
(By TeloKraph—Press Association.) New Plymouth, August 21. The Supreme Court sittings were continued to-day before Mr. Justice llosking. Edith Sharrock was granted a divorce from Herbert .1. Sharrock, farmer, Tnriki, on tho ground of adultery, Ernest Brocklebank, William Brocklebank (Stratford), John 11. M'Namnra (Dnnnevirke), and Harold J. Smith (Urcnui) were granted discharge from bankruptcy. > Thomas K. Skinner obtained judgment for .£oo against tho l'hoonix Oil Company for a lialf-year's royalty under the terms of lease of a section for oilboring purposes. Decision was reserved in the case of Home v. Stubbs, a claim for execution of a transfer, or £100 damages.
