' ANNUAL REPORT. The tenth annual report of Mr. Erit Lawson. the Scoutmaster of the Kelburn Troop of Dominion Boy fccouU, states that the roll shows a total of 43 Scouts'and 7 Rover Scouts, with 3 officere, as at June 30, 1919.' A year ago the strength was 53 Scouts and 3 officers, the Rover Scouts not then ■ being in existence. Mr. R. Fox has resigned as Assistant-Scoutmaster, but his sen-ices are still available when required. -Mr. R, G. Reivers, late Q.M. Sergeant, has b*en promoted to fill the vacancy. A new departure made early in 1919 wm the formation of the Rover Scouts, a senior section of the troop, and m large measure a 6ccial club lor older boys. The Rover Scout scheme was recently established in England in order to retain the interest of older boys who had passed the principal tests and Dad had several years of Scout routine.
