BOLSHEVIK ARTICLE OF FAITH. In the weekly publication of the Bolshevik Extraordinary Commission for fighting the Counter-Revolution, occurs the following:—"Comrades, many accusations of harshness and inhumanity have been brought against the Workmen's and Peasant 1 ;' Government in connection with capital punishment. But he who fights for a letter future will be merciless to his foes. Ho will steel his heart against all l'ity «nd bccome brutal. It is time "before it is too late—to introduce (in deeds, not words) the most merciless, property organised, wholesale Terror. We have drawn the sword and will 1 not sheath it as long as one single foe remains. In bringing death to thousands of idle, white-handed people, we shall save the social revolution. Tremble, yo foes of the workmen's and peasants' Russia! Our hand will not tremble!"
