WHAKATANE HOSPITAL SITE
DECISION OF MINISTER OF HEALTH. (By Tclegrajili—Press Association.) Whalcatane, August 20. The Minister of Health replied to the "Whakatane Chamber of Commerce stating that the Department had decided to adhere to its original selection—Kirk's site, Whakatane Borough—for a new hospital. Tho Minister adds that ho is writing, refusing to approve of "Webster's site, Taneatua, which the Hospital Board selected at its Opotiki meeting.
