A MILITARY TEST OP "PLUVOL." Major T. M'Cristell, N.Z.S.C., Camp Quartermaster at 'frenthnm, recently made a rigorous test of "Pluvol." Here ia the report-.—"One pair o( boots, after treatment with Pluvol, put in water (5 pints) at 4 p.m.. and taken out at 7 p.m. same day. Quantity of water absorbed —nil."
