RATIFYING THE PEACE TREATY
EXPECTED COMPLETION EARLY NEXT MONTH. '(Rec. August'2o, 1.15 a.m.) London, August 18. Mr. Lloyd George stated in the House of Commons that he expected that the .Peace Treaty would bo ratified early in September. It was impossible to reduce the Auny and Navy to the normal size until all Ihe belligerents had signed.— United Service.
