Tho issue- was then only a. matter of time, Mason resigning at move 44. The feature of tho recent rounds has been the fine form of Stanley Gyles. He won from Messrs. Barnes, Mason, and 11. A. Ward in quick succession, and hud. a win on against Kelling, who had a lucky "ret-oft" through Gyles delivering his final blow on the wrong square. The game which W.
