SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY
♦ Tho members of the Kilbiruie branch of the Women's National Reserve, under Mrs. E. Gully, were tho hostesses at the Sailors' Friend Society on _ Thursday, when they (,'avo an entertaining pre(,'rammo to a crowded audience. Tho performers were Misses Loddor, Williams, D. Stevens, .Tames, Taylor, Hind, gimpsan, and Messrs. Commor, Bobbins, James, Edwards, Williamson, Bridges (Wairna to),' Day, Mesdames Watson, Beshill, and tho Misses Taylor and Satchill were at the piano. Hospitality was dispensed by the members. _ Mr. Moore, missioner, led the competitions. Mrs. Fox, lion, sec., responded to a vote of thanks, moved by the acting-com-mander of the Amokura.
