The New Zoa-land team chosen to play against the Australian Lcaguo team at Wellington and Chrislchurch on August 23 and 30 is as follows:—Full-back, M'Carthy (Hiiwke's Bay); three-quarters, Isles, Dufty, Ifwerson (Auckland), O'Callaghan (Clirisichurch); Laiug (Auckland), Morris (Wellington); halfbacks, Bradley (Wellington), Neal (Auckland); forwards, lladdon, Walters, Williams, Lowry, Avery, Thomas (Auckland), King (Christcburch), and Scott (Wellington). A cablegram received from the Now South Wales Leaguo statcb that the team leaves to-night. Tho Athletic senior team to meet Petono B will bo:—Bradley, Bramley, Pollock, Mears, Morris, Evans, Wilson, Tetley, Sullivan, Larsen, Pheffer, Murphy, Mills, Dawe, Weaver. Tho Athletic junior team to play Petone will be:—Anderson, Carlyle. Moss, M'Donald, Sass, Smith (2), O Conner, Richards.. Horner, Hearne, Nelson, Warcup, Wilder.
