:— 9 UNPRECEDENTED GLUT OF WOOL. /. . / London, August 13. The congestion at tho London docks is worse. It is declared that tho glut of wool is-unprecedented. There «ro now 100,000 ions at tho Albert Docks, and fresh cargoes are arriving daily. There are also great stores of frozen meats, produce, and tobacco. Queues'of ships lie'at Gravesend, waiting tq unload—"The Times."
