The German Government has addressed a letter to Marshal Foch, protesting against Germany being not allowed to send 300,000 -war prisoners back to Russia, as tho Allies believe that tho prisoners would assist Bolshevism. Tho protest states that Germany has insufficient food for the prisoners.—Aus.-N.Z. Gablo Assn.
