Budapest, August 11.Sensational stories of tho maltreatment of the bourgeoisie show that torture i chambers wero fitted up in the vaults of tho Parliament Buildings. A favourito method of torture was to show tho victims tho dismembered parts of a body, such as arms, legs, noses, or eyes, and offer them a chance of saving their lives if they confessed or paid large sums of money. The corpses of the murdered were "collected at night and thrown into tho Danube, heavily weighted. Some of the torturers have been arrested and have confessed.
