In convoying the intimation of the gift Sir Frederick Ponsonby, tho Keeper of the Privy Puree, says: "Jlis Majesty realises the importance of tho effort to replenish the ministry by a line supply of men who have borne their part in the war. It 13 a satisfaction to show that a special effort is being made to securo a more adequate payment for the clergy."
