PRESIDENT WILSON CRITICISED
AMERICAN SENATOR'S ATTACK. (Kec. August W, 0.30 a.m.) Washington, August 12. Senator Poindexter arraigned President Wilson in a- scathing speech as; "Tlis author of the discontent and unsettiement which to-day is sweeping the world." Ho charged President Wilson with having usurped overy right of Congress, declaring that the President "took the world' apart like a new toy, aud cannot put it together."-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. ___
