NEWSPAPER FLIES A KITE. (Rec. Adjust 10, 5.5 p.m.) Buenos Aires, August 8. Tho British Ambassador, Sir Resinald ■Tower, states that his pending visit to London is merely to obtain rest. Ho denies that it is the result of anv threatened rupturo of diplomatic relations between tho Argentine and Britain. <-3 The newspaper "lanacion" asserts that diplomatic relations are delicate, and that tho Argentino Minister is leaving London. Tho paper adds: "Tho retirement of both Ministers is traceable to tlie purchase by the Argentine Government of a steamer, from tho Germans, which Britain refused to recognise; another newspaper states that the cause of tho crisis is Argentina's hostile attitude towards British capital invested in Argen tine.—lieu ter.
