REACHED WELLINGTON THIS MORNING. The arrival of Mr. Massey and Sir Joseph Ward in Wellington was delayed by bud weather. The Ministers and tho members of their party left Onclninga on the Pateena on Wednesday afteiwon, and in tho normal course of events they would have reached Wellington early last evening. But tho Pateena was delayed in getting over tho Manukau bar and later encountered the southerly gale* and did not arrive here until 1.15 this morning. Members of the Ministry Lave arranged to meet Mr. Massey and Sir Joseph Ward this morning, and a civic reception will bo held later in the' day. ,
