A MILITARY TEST Of "PLUVOL." Major T. M'G'ristcll, N.fciH.C., Camp Quartermaster at Trentham, recently made a rigorous test of "Pluvol." Here is the report:—"One pair of boots, after treatment with Pluvol, put in water (5 p'ints) at -1 p.m. and taken oui at 7 p.m. same day. Quantity of water absorbed —nil."
