Dunedin, August 5. •\t the Supreme Court to-day, Wffiiaro Baker nnd Henry Gordon, who pleaded L'uilty in the Lower Court lo "breaking ind entering nnd theft at Oamnru, came up for sentence. Baker was ordered tc bit detained for reformative treatment not exceeding h'va years, and Gordon was ordored to come up for sentence, vhen called upon.
