ALLEGED NEGLECT OF A SOLDIER

A sensational case of alleged neglect of a. uoldier came before the Returned Soldiers' Association last night, and was referred to the Auckland branch. It is alleged that the soldier broke both arms and was left in camp to shift for himself for a whole, month, unbandaged. He was refused a pension, and had no doctor and no nursing. Great indignation is prevalent at what is described as the first case of tho kind on record.
