FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY, Present indications are for nioderato to strong Bouth-caet auil south winds, and cold, cloudy to overcaet conditions generally, witU rain, particularly in tho northern iind East Coast districts. Barometer rise. Atmospheric pressure hns increased considerably in the southernmost districts, but is still below normal elsewhere. Moderate to strong westerly winds have given place to southerlies in most parts, and the weather has been cold and changeable with scattered rainfall. B. V. PEMBBBTON.
