Y.W.C.A. APPEAL
A big entertainment in aid of tho Y.W.C.A. appeal has been arranged by Albert Russell and his committee, to take place at the Town Hall on Saturday next. Her Excellency tho Countess of Liverpool is. extending her patronage, to (ho entertainment. A particularly bright, cnioyablo evening is promised, headed by Mrs. Maud Blctsoe-Huckeridge's clever costume company. "Tho Gay Gambols," consisting of'twenty artists, which will occupy the stug'o for sixty minutes in concerted mid company numbers, solos, duets, and harmonised choruses. Miss. Kstcllo JJcere is providing it series of dances, including the fox trot, one step, and hesitation, and a satire on hypnotism and thought-reading will be attempted by Prince ltaniiganzi and Professor Alberlin'o liousselleno. Queenio M'fnerney, Hvn Sapsford, Winnie Birch-Johnston, Stewart Kelson, Charlie Moore, (ieiirge Peek, and a special orchestra of tweiiiv-iivo will also lielp a clicery evening ailing. The cause is a good one, and seals can be booked at tho Bristol.
