An articlo in the London "Mail" tells of the taxless town. Not only docs tho town ol' Orson, in Sweden, impose no taxes, but there is no charge for telephone service. schools, libraries, or the use of the city railway.

Mourmalon, France, goes still fuvther. The communal land provides onough timber to allow eaeli person a small annuity. If theso things liavo a moral, it surely is—plant mora trees and conserve the forests.
