GERMAN PRISONERS OF WAR
LARGE NUMBER EMPLOYED IN .ENGLAND. London, July 30. Mr. Bonar Law stated in the' House of Commons that there were 91,818 German prisoners of war in the United Kingdom, including 2908 sailors and 430S civilians. Most of the prisoners voro employed in agriculture, and 7000 wero clearing up the military camps on tho east coast—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
