, INTERNATIONAL CREDITS AT STAKE.' (Eec. July 31, 8.15 p.m.) London, July 27. Messages from Eome state that Signor Nitti, the Premier, addressing the Senate said that Italy would be unable to fico the coming year without foreign credits amounting to .£M0,000,000 for the purchase of raw material. Their credit in Britain was about to cease, and tho United States obligation ended on August 31. The latter had forbidden even private credits until the political situation in Italy had cleared -up. Signor Nitti urged tho cessation of revolutionary propaganda and disorders in order to enable the credits to be •re-eetabliehed;—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
