ALLIED INTERVENTION

It is stated that Bela Kun undertook the campaign against Rumania in order to incite the Hungarian Nationalists to prove that tho Hungarian Reds were nblo to maintain tlieir struggle against the Entente Powers, and so persuade Trotsky to undertake a decisive campaign in Central Europe.—"The Times." The "Petit Parisien" says that the Budapest Government aims to 6niash the ' Rumanian army before the arrival of help. Then the Hungarians will join Lenin'e Red Guards.—"The Times."
