MEETING AT DUSSELDORF. (Rec. July 31, 11.55 p.m.) Berlin, July 27. At a meeting held at Dusseldorf, the Prussian Premier, Herr Hirsch, presiding, the future of the IJhinelaud was discussed. All clas9S3 of society and calliiiKs were represented. lferr Hirsch, summing up, admitted that considerable feeling existed for the republic. An agreement had been reached that the- iihincland would remain Dart ol Prussia for at least two veiirs, but tho agitation would certainly bn renewed then. lie urged tho WestItalians to accopt a limited autonomy, Riviux Imperial interests precedence over the lihiiioland.— "Tlus Times."
