Present indications are for high and EQualty south-east winds, changing to south-west and westerlies shortly northwards of W«stport lind Kaikoiira, and increasing noriherlies elsewhere. Unsettled weather is lilsely to continue, with further rain generally, heavy iu many parts, liaromtter liso leinpor•anly in tile northtru districts, but fall in ilie aouth.
Stormy condition have prevailed in the uurthern aijd east uoai'S districts of the Norm lflajad, and hoavy rain has caused hoods in the- cast cimst, rivers. The weather has been unsettled, cloudy, and, misty generally with rain .in most parts ii' the Dominion.
