fortnightly meeting of the Petone Borough Council was held last evening. Internal, .Affairs wrote ■ lorwarding bulletins in connection with the recent Town-planning Conference and enclosing-speeches delivered by tho president ani Mr. T. P Martin, and a paper by Mr. G. T. It was decided that Councillors Cox and iiedingneld be appointed the council's representatives;
