AUSTRALIAN SOLDIER'S FAMILY. ■ (Rec. July 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, July 21. Tho chairman of the Lambeth Poor Law Guardians has drawn attention to the fact of au Australian soldier departing for homo leaving an English wife and three children by a former marriage. The chairman said he had communicated with the High Commissioner for Australia. It would bo a monstrous thing if a husband could bo carted away leaving his family dependent on the parish guardians.
