CLAIM FOR A BONUS. B. S. Langridse and 11. iiird proceeded acainst W. J. Drake, claiming .1:10 bonus nn . tho construction of a. house, and damases. After. hearing the evidence, His Worship (Mr. W. (i. Riddell, S.M.) (lave judsment. for the plaintiff for tUe bonus, but 6aid that as the plaintiffs were partly responsible for the damage, iudement on that part 1 of the claim would be for .to, with costs on the usual scale.
