Tho Washington correspondent of the "New York Times" staves that United States Government air experts learn that the British Government has I'egun to build the largest dirigible yet undertaken. It will have a capacity of ten million cubic feet, a lilting power of a hundred tons, and a cruising range of 10,000 miles. It will) easily be able to undertake a journey from England to Australia.
