"The famous bells of St. Clement's in Ihe Strand am to bo reining," says tho "Westminster." "They are ten in number. 'Roborlus Mnt 1110 fecit' is the inscription on it. This is the one bell of St. Clement's that Londoners still hear. It beats out the time of day.
