ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
A SHOOTING MISHAP. By Telegraph-Press Association. Palmerston North, Juiy 21. Mr. Noel Wilson, son of Sir James Wilson, Bulls, was quail shooting on Saturday, when a shot glanceu oft' a stump and entered his eye. The injury is of a grave nature, und the patient has been taken to Wellington for treatment. FATAL .TERMINATION TO TWO ACCIDENTS. Br Telegraph-Press Association. Auckland, July 21. ■ Edward Fisher, who was run over by an unknown cyclist, died at the hospital after an operation. Mrs. Hallow, wife of an inspector of this La'liour Department, who fell through a verandah in Queen Street when viewing the procession on Saturday, lias died in the hospital.
